Background and Primary Focus

Ed is a partner in the firm’s Raleigh office and joined the firm in 2007.  His primary focus is meeting the consulting and tax needs of our clients. His diverse experience includes consulting on mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing tax services to trustees involved with managing bankruptcy cases. He works with a variety of industries, including: healthcare, construction, real estate, manufacturing, auto dealers, and professional services.

Ed is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and North Carolina. Prior to joining the firm, Ed worked over seven years with a local CPA firm in New York specializing in tax and accounting services for closely held businesses.

Ed graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and then obtained his Master of Science degree in Accountancy from C.W. Post University in New York.

In his free time, Ed enjoys spending meaningful time with his family.
